  • Custom products (such as custom pillows, photo gifts, etc.) require 2–4 business days for processing.

  • Standard products are usually processed within 1–2 business days.


2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery time depends on your city or region, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees vary based on your location and the weight/size of the product.

  • The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You may track your shipment in real time using the provided details.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your delivery may be delayed.

  • In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. International Shipping

  • At this moment, we currently ship within Pakistan only.

  • International shipping may be offered in the future.
