Cattuccino creates custom-made pet plushies based on photos provided by customers. Each product is individually crafted, and due to its personalized nature, certain conditions apply regarding orders, changes, and refunds.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our Site, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You will use this Site only for lawful purposes.
You will not upload or send any offensive, copyrighted, or harmful material.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Orders and Customization

When placing a custom order, you agree to:

Provide accurate information and high-quality images of your pet.
Approve any design proofs (if applicable) before production.
Understand that colors and proportions may slightly differ from the digital preview due to printing and sewing variations.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a manufacturing error or defect (see Refund Policy).

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Full payment must be made at checkout before your order is processed.

Payments are securely handled through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store or access your payment card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan and may offer international shipping in the future.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location or courier delays.

Once an order is dispatched, Cattuccino is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or loss caused by third-party shipping services.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because all Cattuccino plushies are custom-made, we only accept returns if:

The product arrives damaged or defective.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion after verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos, graphics, and designs is owned or licensed by Cattuccino.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload, but by submitting them, you grant Cattuccino permission to use them solely for creating your custom product.
We will never use your photos for marketing without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cattuccino and its team shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Minor variations in product appearance due to printing or material differences.
Delays, losses, or errors caused by courier services or external factors.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.
